Oven Baked Pancakes


Apples 'n Pancakes

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by constantly rotating your wrist, time after time, just to enjoy a few pancakes? Does the weight of a spatula pester your arthritis? Fret not – we have a solution for you!

Pancakes are bake-able. What’s more, the recipe only requires a few common household items.

2 eggs (beaten)
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter (or vegetable oil)
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

Prep (5 mins)
Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 9×9-in baking pan. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Beat until almost all the lumps are out.

Bake (30-35 mins)
Bake until the pancake rises with a golden brown top.

Serve immediately with syrup, sauteed apples, or your favourite sweet topping. Serves 2-4
